Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Only We ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at chantalstylz@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right.
